Dr. Thomas Chang was born in Poughkeepsie, New York and received his undergraduate degree in biochemistry from Brown University. He later went on to receive his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and completed his radiology residency at the University of Chicago Hospitals. Dr. Chang later completed a fellowship in Interventional Radiology at Georgetown University Medical Center. He has been serving as an Interventional Radiologist in the Greater Metropolitan area for over 20 years. On his free time, Dr. Chang loves spending time with his dog and is an ardent marathon and trail runner.
